Sky walk


Don't expect about Canyon Skywalk or some other..
I am going to tell u something I heard from Dr.Pattabhiram who is consultant for Personality Development skills and host for Tv show "Antharmukham".
To reduce tension and anxiety make a space to walk 10 steps. Do 6 times this way and that way facing ur head towards sky. After u finish ur 60 steps u r free of stress for next 12 hours.. Howz it? so simple and quick process to reduce daily tensions kada.. i am going to try this ...
